Efour coming to US Prius 2019

    This would be great for me on the Prime. Nothing in the Car and Driver article about the Prime. Only Prius was mentioned. Makes me want to hold off on buying a 2018 this Friday, but the discounts are really good right now.

    E-four has been available since the gen4's release. Just not in the US.
    The Prime never had E-four, because of the extra weight it is carrying in the rear. Don't expect it to ever come to it.

    Ugh, more "troll bait" discussion stir...

    We already know that an AWD version of the system in Prime will be rolled out shortly. It's what Subaru will be using for their first plug-in hybrid offering.

    Whether or not that's what we get first here as a plug-in AWD choice from Toyota is a different matter. It could easily be the RAV4 hybrid. There's also the possibility of that potential new crossover Prius, a larger model to replace the wagon.
