Respects, but I'm still waiting (without deposit/investment) to see if the ELIO ever ACTUALLY makes it to market. Different monster, same unrealized promise.

maybe "it" will be a cross between the Apperra & Fisker Karma . . . . . "it" being a mear concept - yet to be developed, after they raise a million bucks. Hey, I'll Photoshop a picture and develop a pickup electric concept for a million bucks too! LOL!
After over ¾ a century - one new car maker came into existence & made it. Now? everyone's thinking they're an auto manufacturer. Amazing.

death and taxes, one can be sure about that. Reading a company's ½decade profile on the charts though, one must draw their own conclusions

Well, for starters, it will buy almost ½ of this 2019 McLaren

But then again, they already have a manufacturing factory - employees included.

    From their website:
    • 4 Investors will be randomly selected and will receive an Atlis Motor Vehicles pickup truck.

They seem to be running a lottery in combination with stock investing.
    Is this actually legal?

The $.29 per share doesn't mean anything. It all depends on the number of shares that they have created.
If you don't understand this, you shouldn't invest 1 cent.

Did you read the answer to the question of how to charge in 15 minutes they promise? The biggest red flag that they don't even answer how. Just that they will do it with technology out there.... WHAT? Sounds more like a modern day snake oil salesman. People complain about VW, but this is way worse.

This touches on what I was referencing with my earlier comment.

I count NGMCO (GM since 2009) and Fiat Chrysler America as new companies that may or may not "make it."

Well - they managed to survive the 2007 crash without taking money from the feds, unlike GM, & as long as they can keep selling pickups they'll remain solvent.
