    We are very excited today, just receive this email:

    "Dear Mr. Sloan:

    We are pleased to attach an electronic copy of the original Certificate of Registration for the PROLONG ® trademark. The hard copy of the Certificate of Registration will be forwarded to you . . ."

    Our patents are progressing nicely as well :D

    hahah, it's a limited trademark to the space of automotive electrical systems. In addition to the, uh, industry you mentioned there is also Prolong auto paint care products. But we own it now for anything related to "battery systems comprised of batteries; hybrid batteries; batteries; battery chargers and dischargers; battery rejuvenators in the nature of desulfators; battery cell balancers; automobile batteries; hybrid electric vehicle power grid chargers, namely, battery chargers"

    I didn't have any issues prior to using your charger, now I can't get it started, getting big red triangle but no fault codes in ecu. Is there some sort of reset?

    Nope, I called in to Prolong and one of the people there (can't remember his name) and he was very helpful in talking me thru what to check. All good now and hybrid battery is staying pretty much 100% green. Very pleased with results. Mpg isn't as good as I would like but I suspect that's due to winter blend gas sold in Midwest right now.

    Exactly what JC91006 pointed out, I didn't have disconnect plug lever pushed down locking it place. That's what I meant by nope, he asked if I had the interlock locked.
