Is this normal functioning of a brake actuator (Video)

    Ok so Toyota did a 'free' inspection during a software recall and when I left the splash shield under my car was hanging by one clip only and I noticed my actuator going off frequently. Its going off about every 2nd pump of the brake and sometimes every few minutes or so when I'm parked. Not sure if this is normal and I just never noticed it because I keep the music on. Does this mean its going bad or maybe they got some air in the system.

    Thanks for the reply. Its weird because no codes are being thrown at all and brakes work fine.
