[2004 prius] I've lost all of keys

Can you help me since I already have purchased pass codes but need to figure out the 96 character seed code with techstream. Videos continue to tell me to get the 96 numbers from the “smart key” but I don’t see it on my version 10.29on my laptop. Is there any other way to access this 96 character number? Can I finish the passcode process another way to link up a second fob key I bought used on eBay?

You need a version of Techstream that works with a cable to allow you to access Utility.

Try an older version of Techstream.
Buy a different minivci cable.

 

Can someone please show me the best or easiest way to download an older version of techstream? The only thing I can find online is v10 and up. Thanks in advance and hoping I can start making extra copies of fobs this week.
