I've searched the forums to no avail, my 2013 Prius 2 is misfiring in all cylinders after replacing

I recently replaced all the coils and plugs in my prius because there was a misfire in cylinder 2. She still continued to rattle after replacing all these things so I had a mechanic replace the fuel injector in cylinder 2, the problem continued. Now it pops codes for a random/multiple misfire, a misfire in cylinder 2,3, &4. I had the 12v battery replaced also because the previous owner had installed the wrong battery with the wrong terminals and the first mechanic thought the rattle was being caused by the lack of power. What should I do? It rattles almost every time i start her up and most of the time when I'm accelerating after a stop. Sounds like when you run over a rumble strip on the highway.

    1. Misfires suddenly spreads to other cylinders, tells me the some of the new coils or spark plugs you got might have issues.
    2. When you removed the #2 spark plug, was it soaked with engine oil? If yes, then the valve cover gasket is weak and needs replacing.
In dome cases, if the piston oil/compression rings are weak, oil can foil the plugs.
Do a compression test, as suggested by @ChapmanF .
    3. The connectors on the fuel injector and the ignition coils on #2 should be properly inserted.
An improperly fixed conne for would cause such problems too.
    4. If after doing #4 and no improvement, you got to be preparing to replaced the ECU (injector driver is embedded in it).
    5. A damaged top cylinder gasket would be the next thing after all the tests above.

My misfire was computer misdiagnosed as first as bad engine coils and overdue spark plugs.
What it was: Leaking Top cylinder head gasket..didn't know until radiator fluid dumped into cylinder 1 and Engine overheated.
Had to get heads 1 & 2 redone.

Thank you for all the feedback ! I haven’t cleaned the egr circuit or the intake manifold. Maybe I should start there. She has about 228k and has been going through coolant like crazy. Tonight I cleared the codes and later it popped “check hybrid system stop vehicle in a safe place “

If it's going through a lot of coolant I would focus on the head gasket. It's sandwiched between the engine block and head, and basically makes sure that all the gasses and liquids that need to cross that divide go where they're supposed to. Once it fails, very common is for coolant to start getting into combustion chamber.

It is good to clean the EGR circuit and intake manifold, but with the miles you're at and the symptoms, I would leave that till after: diagnose the head gasket first.

Mechanics can do a leak-down test to diagnose failed head gasket. There's another test that involves putting a tube with some solution into the radiator neck, and if it changes colour that'll indicate exhaust gas in the coolant. Now with the Prius not having a radiator opening, not sure if it's doable. I suspect you could do the test with the tube atop the engine coolant reservoir opening, but not sure. Maybe someone else can comment.

A video on head gasket replacement. These guys don't have the best "table manners", and are cutting a lot of corners, but interesting video:

Another trick is to run an inspection camera in through the spark plug holes; good chance they'll find coolant.

    Maybe a boroscope would do.

I wanted to stick with non-esoteric words, but yeah borescope is the mechanical terminology. Basically a camera on the end of a tube, with a integrated light source.

Thank you for the advice! So I should get a boroscope? Sometimes it sounds like a lot of liquid is being flushed around under the hood when I am stopped, almost like a toilet flushing.
