They should do two different ones. One Gen 3 and one Gen 3 Facelift.
Take 2 fully loaded Prii 5 trim cars and add the solar roof package to each, add the side marker side view mirrors from the persona series Prius, add the FULL Prius Plus Performance Package, add the 2015 pistons, piston rings, and inverters to both Prii, and finally add the independent rear suspension from the Lexus CT200h.
Is there anything OEM I forgot?
I would have one blizzard pearl and one black.
    You could have a 2011 and a 2015.
I know that the gen 4 engine is better but it's just seems more classy and authentic to use all gen 3 OEM stuff.

I don't think people realize what I'm talking about so I'll attach some images so people understand.
I'm basically talking about taking the best from all different gen 3 Prii, adding the Lexus CT200H F Sport rear suspension and making 2 different Gen 3 Super Prii.
One Gen 3 and one Gen 3 Facelift
This would be a car that would have cost over $50k if Toyota had built it themselves so there was no market for it, but it is still possible to make one yourself if you have money to burn and the passion to make it.
I'm attaching a few photos for people who don't understand all the different options gen 3 Prii had that yours may not have. There was no way to get all options on a single Gen 3 Prius so the only way to do it would be to do it yourself and add the CT200H F Sport Independent rear suspension on top of it.

Do you think the Lexus rear suspension will fit in a Prius body?

Sounds like you're halfway there. And the prices are dropping as they age...

Doesn't the sunroof/solar panel require a different roof/frame construction? It sure looks like it does on mine.

Maybe it would be easier to start with a Prius 4 Trim and add all the Trim 5 options to it.
Either way, I'm sure it may be tough, but it's possible.
I've seen people do way more difficult builds than this on The Motor Trend Channel (Previously Velocity, Previouly Discovery HD Theater) as well as YouTube.

I'd be happy with one that doesn't burn oil like a 2 stroke.:(

Let's see. So at the end you will end up with a slow, utilitarian Toyota for $50K? The whole point of the Prius, as I understand it is to be economical and practical. It's not a hot rod. If I was to spend $50K on a car I would spend $45 on something sexy and Italian to enjoy on sunny days and $5K on a beater Prius to drive every day. That's just me, of course, no judgement as to what others do.

Would it really cost that much? A 2015 trim 4 with solar package looks like it'd cost about $15,000 with 40K miles on it. How much would adding all the suspension/plus package stuff add? The trim 5 advanced technology package might take a little more work. Does anyone have any thoughts on cost?

Personally, I'd rather have a new Prime, but I still think it would be cool to see what a totally loaded OEM Gen 3 would be like, especially since Toyota never made one. There's something to be said for having a car that's unique, but still all OEM - it's at least conceivable that someone might cough up the cash to do this.
