It looks like you have BlueTooth Audio selected on that picture, but the phone says it's disconnected (top right).

Does it work if you choose, say, FM Radio, tune it to a valid station, and press the volume up on the steering wheel?

When you press the volume up and down buttons, do you see a visual indication of the volume change on the big screen (i.e. numbers going up or down)?

Meant to add... You can Mute/Pause the system by pressing and holding the Mode button on the steering wheel for about a second. But pressing the volume up or down unmutes it.

If you see the volume going up, and you are listening to a source that definitely has active audio (playing MP3s from USB, playing a CD, listening to a known radio station), then the speakers are not working for some reason. They could simply be disconnected at the back of the Nav screen, or some other problem, but this sounds to me like a fault for a dealership to look at.

    It's under warranty.
    Take it in.
Even if it IS just a setting wrong, you likely will get it fixed faster that way.

Why is the front bumper removed? Do you just mean the plastic bumper shell or the actual steel bumper?

Is anything else removed or not working.

Does the car drive? Without a front bumper, you'll have some lights, the RADAR sensor - and possibly other functions not working. Are there any errors or lights showing on the dashboard?

i mean only plastic part with parking sensors, yes it has some dtc, parkings not working also radar sensor error. thats all. no other dtc. but i wonder can it be a cause of no sound?

    "dtc" - sorry don't understand.

So it hasn't got the big plastic bumper, but drives OK? It starts and runs OK? Has it had an accident - and were any of the wiring harnesses damaged?

Can you post a photo of the front of the car?

WHY are you taking apart a car that is less than a year old ?
Or is that "2018" in your first post a mistake ??

The front bumper should have nothing to do with the radio sound.
But hitting something with the front hard enough to damage the bumper might.

my wife damaged the front bumper so i decide to repaint it. today i have checked all fuses once again all are fine, then i took the navi unit and checked the wire connectors, they are fine as well. the car has ics malfunction, i think it because the front bumper is removed, so can this malfunction be a cause of no sounding from speakers?

    Me neither.
Unless maybe that warning light is accompanied by an audible alarm which is blanking out the other audio.

Well... There's the proximity warning beep... That sounds gotta come from somewhere.

I'd still be surprised if the ultrasonics being disconnected are the cause though.

That being said, I've seen stranger things (back on July 4th, if anyone's a fan).

today i removed the door panel and checked speaker connectors, they are good without any damage, but it seems between radio and speakers there is some capacitor, my car does not have jbl system but is it possible that it has some kind of amplifier?

no the system is factory installed, its not jbl but i think it has some amp or capacitor somewhere between radio and speakers. because when i removed the head unit and tested the speaker wires with miltimeter directly to speaker connector, the ohm meter is going up then down it has some capacitor but i dont know where. also i did some diagnostic test today only DTC is C1AEE APGS sensor communication
