I've tried searching but couldn't figure this out. Figured this belongs under modifications.
    1. Where is the option to disable the pedestrian warning sound? (the sound made under 15mph on the outside of the car)?
    2. Under doors and locks, there's this option: "open trunk via smart access button" and it's set to "long press." Does that just mean holding the driver's door handle for a longer time opens the trunk together with the other doors?

I don't believe this option exists. The sound is required by regulation, I believe.

Thought of another question: under "other" there is a couple of "pre-collision system" (PCS) options. One says
*default distance for PCS alarm when the ignition is turned on with the PCS switch on* This currently says "remember last distance". The other one says
*PCS sensitivity: remember last state* This currently says "disabled"
The rest of the PCS options say "FAR"
What do those 2 options do?

You're right. To answer my own question, you can make it louder in carista, but not turn it off. It's under instruments/displays/dings and it's called Vehicle proximity notification system beep volume. Using that as a search term helped me find this thread on the forum, with this particularly useful post: Disable the grindy speakery thingy?

Tip for free - don't make your turn signal click volume too low. If you normally have some good tunes going, you won't hear it and it is easy to leave the blinkers on. In bright light the arrows aren't obvious.

First thing I did to the Prime. took the warning speaker out and packed it full with about 5 packing peanuts. keeps the speaker form moving and making sound.

Haha, thanks. I actually made the turn signals louder and extended the blink duration to 7. Love me my turn signals (from Cali where many don't use them), hate when I can't tell if they're activated without looking at the instruments. I'll see if it's too loud tho.

I wish it wasn't a subscription service... I wouldn't even care if they just locked it to one vehicle. I just want to change some things and see how they go (I'll need more than a week for that).

I already have the bluetooth obd2 reader. So buying the carista one for 1 month free service isn't worth it
