    Welcome to Prius Chat (y).

Have you tried to cycle them?

    Any recent damage?

Any reason for removing the lead from the 12 volt?

good luck and keep us posted (y).

    Thank you!

    Don't know what cycle means?

I removed battery because I was working on steering wheel due that my charger fell in the crack of steering wheel and messed all my steering buttons, no horn no volume etc. So decided to take battery off, so I can work on steering. I then opened the fuse box in the drivers side panel and pulled one of the fuse and then I guess that's when window system stop working.

So you were able to put the window down after pulling the fuse but it now will not go back up?

Just the driver’s window or all of them?

And by charger, you mean a phone charger?

I put all the windows down prior to starting my journey into taking off steering wheel. I disconnect battery. After reinstalling steering wheel back into place, I noticed that nothing again was working, so I decided to mess with the fuse box that's under driver's side. When I turned car my cars windows not working. And yes it was my car charger that was stuck inside steering wheel! I yanked out cord and probably messed everything inside.

yeah, you're probably gonna need to remove the steering wheel again, unless the fuse blew
