Just purchased a 2012 Prius today (our 2nd, have a 2005 Gen2) and on the test drive I noted that the Apps button doesn't do anything, and clicking the bluetooth button or the phone button in the setup menu doesn't do ANYTHING.

It clearly wasn't a dealbreaker for us buying the car, but now trying to figure out how to troubleshoot what the issue might be. I have read other people when they click the apps button get a "System Unavailable" message but my car doesn't give me that message, it literally acts like nothing was pressed. When I click on the phone or bluetooth button in the setting menu the button highlights up and beeps, but again NOTHING happens, no error messages no nothing.

As additional information (that may be completely misleading, or may be relevant) the car had extensive damage done to the ECU wiring harness repaired at the dealer 3 months ago (they provided the service records) so I suspect there may be a "wiring" issue but I am not sure.

I have read about an EXT box that is part of the Entune system (again, I can't get in to any of it, the apps button does nothing) but I don't know where in the car it is located and how to start tracing out wires.

Any tips on where to start?

Also the backup camera and radio work fine (I was hoping it was perhaps a fuse issue, but I don't see a fuse specific to those systems).

Take it back to the dealer and have it fixed. Some dealer has X amount of days warranty period that will fix things like that.

Any luck with fixing this "broken bluetooth" issue? Mine just stopped working today.
