2007 Prius knocking noise, rattle.

After changig mobil oil, engine tune up and changing heat box my prius 2007 have a rattle sound on cold start and sometimes on low rpm but only on engine. And accelerator feels like kicking the foot i.e.vibrating when engine is running and not on battery.mechanic didnt identify the problem and said its probably missing or something wrong with fuel injectors. I guess something wrong with mobile oil viscosity as he used 10w40 and previously it was 5w30

 

It's more likely the "tune up" changed spark plugs and the spark plugs are not DENSO or NGK branded plugs.

yeah, 10-40 is probably a bad idea. how many km on her? does she burn any oil?

what did an 'engine tune up' consist of?

what is a 'heat box'?

 

170, 000 km and tuning consits of cleaning spark plugs and checking for any codes. Heat box is the complete package under the dashboard that shifts vents from head to feet and windshield. No mobil oil remains the same all the time no burning

i would check the oil level and plugs. perhaps the throttle body needs cleaning. any dash lights?

when does your maintenance schedule say to change the plugs, cleaning seems odd.

 

Oil level is more than the second dot on stick it is a problem or not and also i will ask my mechanic that he cleaned the plugs or changed it i dont think he changed as it was not included in the bill

Oil level too high can be a problem

Why would you clean a spark plug and not replace it? If it wasn't tighten properly, it could be an issue as well
