    In case you have not traveled out west coast recently, homeless is big issue.
    I think it is starting to come here now though, we are trying to to control.
    Whether or not it is valid argument above, I do not know.

    Been a problem here for a long time, and people sleeping in their cars with the engine running all night

    Can homelessness contribute to water pollution? Sure, but it is a far far smaller contributor than things like industry, agriculture or residential sources of water pollution.

    Its like blaming Tesla for traffic congestion.

    They need to give those homeless people Rav4 hybrids to sleep in. Engine would run a lot less...
