2017 Prius, standard sound system. Flash drive showed a total of 1100 songs - files that were in the "root" as well as file that were in folders. Now it appears the system is only showing the files at the root directory. Have any of you experienced this and or have a fix? Thanks !

[I don't have a USA Prius sound system - so can't test it out for you.]

But I've had similar - but I found it sometimes depended on the actual USB stick - some worked fine, others didn't. I think there is also a limit (255??) to the number of files in a folder - or am I confused with the number of folders? I never did convince mine that I wanted the MP3s played in the order that I WANTED - or that Beethoven wrote them :cry:. It's just not right to listen to a Beethoven Sonata with the Final Movement first.

Nowdays I listen mostly to PODCASTS - so it doesn't matter if they're in PRIUS sort-order, I load a dozen on a USB stick and change it when I'm finished.

You could always try a reset of the sound system - I think you hold the POWER button till it resets - though I'm not sure if that deletes settings, radio stations or flux capacitor settings.
