I recently purchased a 2019 Prius. There is much to like about the car but I'm still not completely satisfied with the look.

I'm planning on doing a vinyl wrap so the cosmetics of it will be different, but the look/shape of it still makes me wonder -- it looks too much like a "transportation pod."

What I'm thinking of is adding some body modifications to the vehicle. There are many available for the Camry, for example, but it seems like zero for the Prius.

In particular, I'd like to add a large rear wing to the vehicle. This obviously runs the risk of disturbing the vehicle's aerodynamics, may negatively impact gas mileage in a trivial way, but I'm thinking in terms of cosmetics.

What I'm asking the sub is this: While there are generic (universal fit) body add-ons/modifications, do you know of any such mods that are specifically designed/fit for the Prius?

I'm not sure "in a trivial way" would be accurate.

Personally, I leave big Wings to AIRBUS and Boeing.

Toyota offers some in Japan under the TRD and Modellista brands, and I imagine one of the parts exporters could supply them, but I’d urge careful study of the instructions, since there may be compatibility problems with an LHD vehicle. I didn’t see a wing or a spoiler; the back door (hatch) is made of aluminum and may not be able to withstand much in the way of added loads.

I’m with @alanclarkeau, though: a Prius with plastic parts glued to it, or a decorative aerofoil, is still a Prius; no one is likely to mistake it for an 86 or a GR Supra. The wrap is likely to do much more for the appearance; I suggest the checkerboard design from the TV CM.

I just found what I was looking for. This is part of the indication of the lengths to which TOYOTA designers went to to achieve aerodynamic efficiency. Looks petty - but must have been worth it:
