    Just signed up,

I've had Toyotas for a while now and recently made the jump to a Prius Prime after testing out the 12', 14', and decided on a 17'

Couple mods that I did, I hope this helps anyone that had similar concerns or issues.

Reverse Beep: This is removable through Techstream. options were single or continuous.
Door Buzzer while open: Off option through Techstream.
Seatbelt warning: Off for driver, on for everyone else. I don't need a reminder that I'll die if I don't have a seatbelt on.
Car Honk when Locked/unlocked: Could not find this through techstream, turns out there's a security button from the Karr Alarm system. turn the power for the car on, then off and press the blue button three times. The car should honk once.
Now my car just beeps when locked instead of honking.

Anybody know how to add features to the vehicle if they didn't come factory installed, blind spot mirrors for instance? I noticed on/off settings in techstream and I know Toyota is known for leaving wire harness plugs everywhere for multiple platforms. but short of finding a BOM, and diagrams, I don't know the technology locations. is the sensor located in the mirror or in the bumper?

I turned on the auto-windows down from keyfob. Wish we had auto-up.. but alas not in NA.

The general locations of the blind spot monitor sensors are shown in the Owner’s Manual (PDF), page 411.
The Electronic Parts Catalog (available, after a fashion, at parts.toyota.com) isn’t, strictly speaking, the engineering bill of materials for the car, but with this, the Repair Manual, and the Electrical Wiring Diagram (more info), you can get an idea of the parts involved. I wouldn’t count on spare wires or extra connectors; Toyota now has different versions of the major wire harnesses for each grade (trim level).

I ended up buying 10 dollar blind spot mirrors and calling it a day.
