Prime trim level - advanced or not?

    To me, road noise in EV mode is tire noise or sounds of tricked out ICE vehicles when I'm at a stoplight :)

    The leather levels have the peeling steering wheel? Or has that been fixed now?

    No leather trim for PRIME. The steering wheel problems reported are mostly for Advanced (Limited) trim with steering wheel heater, but some lower trims as well. I think all three trims comes with softex on wheel?

    Another thing about the Softex is that they don't seem to stain as easily as leather. At least so far.

    The wheel on the Premium and Advanced is Softex. At 38,000 miles, no peeling on mine. I don't use any lotions of any kind. Don't know about the person/people who put the first 24k miles on it.

    I had the steering wheel on my 2017 Prime Advanced replaced last week. I only had 25,000 miles. Toyota refused to replace it under warranty. There were a couple of places where the synthetic leather wore through and material was peeling, as well. It cost $975 (parts and labor). Answer to your question: NO its not fixed.
