Kind of interesting, but I don't see the relevancy of fault codes from an 04 Prius with 300K miles being posted on a forum for 2017 and newer Prius Primes.

Gen 2 Prius owners are probably not watching the Prime forum very closely. Hit the "Report" button and ask a moderator to move this to the proper forum. You'll get better and quicker help there.

You can google the codes. Most are an open standard, and some won't apply; the computer seems to generate multiple ones for one issue.

The three I checked were misfires in cylinders 1, 7, and 9. Obviously, there are only 4 cylinders.
When was the last time the spark plugs were changed? They are the first thing to check for a misfire.

How'd you clean the throttle body? Carb cleaner spray can sprayed into the throat? It's safer to just spray a shot onto a shop towel and wipe down the barrel interior and blade. You can do a better job if your remove the bolts/nuts, lift the throttle body right off (leave coolant lines attached, and clean from both sides.

Not sure what you mean by "cleaning the dirty oil". Again, what were you using, and where?

    That's a lot of codes:cool:.

    Was anything electrical disconnected?

Is everything plugged in and have checked?

Does the car even get to "ready"?

If it does get to "ready", what does it run and sound like?

Was the orange safety plug pulled and is it properly seat?

Good luck and keep us posted(y).

Or clamp not tightened up, say on the throttle body air intake? There's also a gas tank vapour hose: it's pushed back on ok?

Did you spray carb cleaner directly into throttle body throat?

did you check for DTCs BEFORE doing this cleaning?
I would try to erase all DTCs and see if any new DTCs are coming up after that.
