    I m a used car dealership in sacramento ca , they stole one cat last week and another one yesterday off our location - They are targeting fulton ave. - Three other dealerships i talked to had their catalytic converters stolen off the same car generation -

    Did you get any video footage? Portland, OR has gone up in these thefts by over 400%, but it seems like these thieves might be easier to catch than most people think? Two arrested for catalytic converter theft in Portland | kgw.com

    We should make sure our London members see this, so that can show their police that it really is possible to catch some of this miscreants -- if only the police display some actual interest and motivation to do so.
