Ok this is a bit different to me. I was getting break chatter.
Replaced and greased calipers front and pads and 4 rotors.
Replaced 3 of 4 motor mounts. Rear mount I have. Just have trouble loosing the cross bolt.
After I did the breaks I haven't been in high speed breaking situation. But yesterday I was and it was there maybe worse then ever. I door feel it in steering.
Ok mmm things it could be.
Break system could have warped new rotors.
    Front end part needs replacement.
Rear motor mount flexing too much.
    Maybe something else.
    Any thoughts?

First thing to do is double check the work done; also make sure any wiring/sensors weren't damaged or disconnected. Trouble lights/codes?

Also, it's "brakes" we're talking about.

If sensor was bad only break pads would engage and cruise control would be out.

I have seen in the past a tie rod getting lose produce this affect.
Tire rolling down road then stress of breaking producing some slap if you would.

I do need to check if the pins were placed in proper places since I did notice they didn't seem to like being in wrong holes.

Yes it's possible it's suspension related. Too much unknown so just guessing.

The tie rods are not that old Moog parts. Not impressed with Moog they developed more rust in 2 weeks then oem original in 8 years

I think I'm gonna disconnect the speed sensor and do some road tests to try to narrow down things.

Ok i had pry bar on everything on front end so 98% sure there are no loose front end parts.
Checked breaks install everything looked great. I was concerned becouse it seemed to me if the slide pins were not put in correct hole there could be drag on the breaks. This is not the case here pins were in correct places.

As I had tires off and planning on new tires in a couple of days I cleaned wheels up to get best Ballance possible. Yes road dirt can affect the long term Ballance and I wouldn't leave it up to tire mechanic to clean them. Frankly absolutely not gonna clean them.

Starting to wonder if it's an abs problem.

I did not mention that chatter happens on first stomp on breaks and if let off breaks then reapply breaks chatter is non-existent.

Quite possible rotors like you mentioned, or maybe bearings?

Is brakes not able from your phone?
    like are you trying?

I do love it when you quote yourself.

I was on rotor with 3ft pry bar in 3 different angles there was 0 movement anywhere. There would be some movement and whining noise if bearing was bad.

Just to eliminate that: check the rotor runout with a dial indicator with magnetic base. Maybe thickness with micrometer too. Specs iin attachment.

Breaks were together correctly and Rotors looked great also. To warp a new rotor they would definitely be blued from heat.

I think it would be way easier to unplug a wheel sensor thus disabling abs along with regenerative breaking. Then take it down the street and stomp on breaks.

disabling the fancy breaking would surely be a way to find out if the standard breaks are at fault or not.

The hardest thing I find with dial indicator is getting the magnetic base oriented so it stores in its box. I kid you not.

I think I'd rather put it in the box then take my tires off
