Some sort of electrical issue?

    Unfortunately, you're continually being pushed in the direction of having a bad battery. I find it hard to believe that's true. I still believe it's more likely you have a parasitic drain that's causing your problem(or the battery is not charging). If you can't determine the source of the drain, then you either need to take it to a shop, or just purchase a small low amperage charger and charge the battery every week or something similar. Or let me know the next time you're passing through Columbia, SC and I'll solve the problem for you.

    Thanks for the offer! I think it's likely you're right. I plan on having the battery charged/looked at one last time, because I'll be seeing my mechanic stepdad next weekend. He will be looking at all the connections and stuff.

    I did replace the blower motor fan shortly before the old battery was replaced--not sure if that was a cause or just a coincidence.

    Hi all.

    So my husband got the battery replaced through the warranty, and because the "part number changed," we're getting a new one year warranty. Interesting.

    Here is the new battery and its info.
