When I turn on my Prius v 2012. There is knocking and popping. The system turns on auto for a minute (can't turn off) and then after that I can change the temp/fan speed (but no heat).
If I raise up my coolant reservoir I can get heat.

Does this mean the coolant needs to be bleed?
If yes, how do you do it on a Prius v 2012?

    Thanks

if you haven't changed the coolant, and this started happening out of nowhere, i think you have bigger problems
