This could only happen in L.A.
They probably have more Prii per square mile any place outside of Japan.
Go to 3:09 in the video.

Unless car insurances are the ones who release the survey, videos on youtube can be phony balcony. You can find compilations of a specific type of common vehicles in car accidents on youtube, but yet it's not a true representation of facts.

Yeah a lot of bad examples, including the car with the camera: aggressive overtaking and and vindicative lean-on-the-horn get's old. Just back off and keep your cool?

    +1

The car recording was the biggest d-bag in the video.

It’s a wonder that the guy who recorded this video wasn’t dragged out of his car and de-horned.

This is straight out of California DMV
    Don't Use Your Horn
    • If a driver or bicyclist is moving slowly, and you want them to drive faster or get out of your way. The driver or bicyclist may not be able to safely go faster due to illness, being lost, intoxication, or mechanical problems with the vehicle.
    • To alert other drivers that they made a mistake. Your honking may cause them to make more mistakes or become angry and retaliate.
    • Because you may be angry or upset.
    • To honk at pedestrians, bicyclists, or motorcyclists unless necessary to avoid a collision. Remember that your horn sounds much louder outside a vehicle.
Note: Honking your horn may startle other drivers. It is safer to slow down or stop instead of honking your horn.

If just honking a horn upsets anyone on the road, they shouldn't be their!

The driver or bicyclist may not be able to safely go faster due to illness, being lost, intoxication,
or mechanical problems with the vehicle.

THESE are the people you let on your roads???

Your honking may cause them to make more mistakes or become angry and retaliate.
So just let them make the mistake on their own?

To honk at pedestrians, bicyclists, or motorcyclists unless "NECESSARY" to avoid a collision.
When stupid people do stupid things, they should be honked at!

Most of that video was very mild. I've seen worst than that in one day!

    HONK HONK!!! :p:D(y)

IF you drive right, you won't get honked at!
IF you can't handle a honk, get off the road!!!

I drive the speed limit 55 on a single lane 2 way but get honked at times as I’m being passed. So what you’re saying is that I am driving wrong?

You just contradicted yourself they were either driving correctly or honking. The two are mutually exclusive.

Dog man told me if I'm driving the speed limit on a 2 lane road and there is a car behind me then I am blocking traffic and should pull off the road and let them pass so yes, according to him you are driving wrong and need to have a horn blown at you!

BTW, why do cars in CA need a horn if they're not supposed to use it?

    For the Dog man:

    There....a place
    They're....means They are
    Their...shows ownership

    You're (you are) welcome!.

    Who?

Even apart from the horn, I see multiple violations by even the cameraman.
