Wha? I just saw a Canadian review where the clock settings were pulled out of the "Settings" menu and were their own menu choice in the MID.

This menu isn't available on my 2018.

Not saying it is the same in 2020 as was in the 2017 model. I just didn't pay that much attention to notice the difference. I only used it twice a year on my 2017, and only once so far with the 2020.

Well that's why it's an obscure fact haha.

I've attached a screenshot if you haven't seen it yet.

A nice little time saver. Now, if that big screen would boot up faster than Windows 95 ... :D

Hey, my small screen boot up quicker than my Chromebook! In fact, I noticed that the usb thumb drive for music must bypass the head unit bootup. I often hear the music start playing before the head unit boot up is finished.

If only they had a model with the small screen and the power driver's seat.

Wait! That is a new look to me. I have to confirm it but I don't think I have seen that icon on my 2020 LE.
A power seat without memory is useless for me. I rarely need to change the seat position once I find a comfortable position. But I hate when someone else drives my car and changes the position, like when the car is in service, and I have to readjust the seat position all over. Our SUV has a power seat with memory and an automatic key matching. When I drive the car with my key, it changes the seat position automatically to my position, and it will switch back to my wife's position when she drives with her key.

One thing I thought I would miss switching from Premium to LE was the power lumbar support. In my 2017 Prime Premium, I always had the power lumber support fully inflated. I thought I would have to get a lumbar support seat cushion for my new 2020 Prime LE, but after driving it, I noticed the seat is a bit firmer than the previous Premium model and the back support had just enough lumbar support without any additional cushion in place.

It’s called a Prius. I believe those features are standard on all trims now.

No, Blind Spot Monitor and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert are only available in Prime Limited (or Prime Advanced in 2017-2019). Those are extra safety features not included in the standard TSS-P. In addition to Blind Spot Monitor (BSM) with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert (RCTA), Intelligent Clearance Sonar (ICS) with Intelligent Parking Assist (IPA) and Color Head-Up Display (HUD) are other features only available in Limited trim.

I was never able to find a comfortable position with mechanical seats. They go in big notches and they don't have as many angles to adjust. Until now, I've never had a seat where I could independently change the seat-angle, height, distance, seat-back angle, and lumbar have fine control over over anything. I am seriously spoiled with this seat. Memory would be nice, though. ;) But my wife rarely drives the Prime.

Yeah, for a fine tuning, power seats has a notch. I wonder exactly what 2 additional "way" are included in the 8-way power-adjustable in power vs 6-way adjustable in manual. I found a sweet spot on manual seat in the 2020 LE, but can't remember what ways the seat adjustment are different from the power seat in 2017 Premium.

Usually it is the seat bottom that tilts up and down;).

So if the up and down are the 2 ways added to the power, what other 6 ways common to both? Forward-backward, back seat angle wide-narrow are the only thing I can remember... I am missing 2 more.

In and out for the lumbar support ;).

    That makes 8 ways (y).

I thought of that. But, although it makes 8 way power seat, it means only 4 way manual, since there is no lumber support functions in LE. So I am still missing 2 ways for 6 way adjustable manual seat in LE driver seat. BTW, the front passenger seat in all the trims are only 4-way adjustable. This means there must be difference in front seats adjustments in LE 6-way in the driver vs 4-way in the passenger.

They added that as standard in mid-2017 but then changed their options & trims.

I believe the 2020 Prius LE (I did not say Prius PRIME) meets ALL those requirements though. You did not specify it be a plugin so do not go adding that requirement now!

Oh, I didn't know regular Prius LE is now better equipped than the Prime LE or Prime XLE. Which trims of regular Prius has HUD?

Color HUD is available as a Package on the XLE trim, according to the website.
