That rectangular message usually (US cars) is the “maintenance require” Notification.

If you cannot read Japanese why did you buy a model that only displays in Japanese??

If there was a problem with the inverter, the triangle of death would surely flash on.

I kept on driving for few days. At first it displayed engine check, generator icon and antiskid icon. But interestingly now it's ok by itself. I didn't get chance to show it to mechanics.
What I guessed the cause of problem was that i carried more than 100 kg weight in car boot right on top of the battery.

I don't know how that would matter. The battery has a very strong case surrounding it. I know..... I've replace mine.

The OP is in Pakistan. Maybe it's only Japanese-market Prii that are available in Pakistan.

I do expect JDM are cheaper because of their limitations.

So apparently, the Japanese market version of the Prius fat shames the rear seat passenger. Who knew?

Because second-hand Japanese domestic units are what gets shipped to his local market.
That doesn't sound like a reasonable cause for that warning message. That car should easily be able to carry that much weight in the boot.
