    I apologise for misrepresenting your product. Poor choice of words. You are right as it is similar with just it's cylindrical shape. I will keep you posted on how it performs and when it fails. I was gonna go with your kit but could not wait until mid July. Curious where you get the 3-5 year estimate?

    3 to 3.5Ah capacity vs 6.5Ah capacity. It's not a linear relationship, but to get to 1Ah where things go wrong, it takes much less time. These crappy cylindrical batteries have been around for about 12 years now. Warranty is generally 3 years. Failures are usually a year after that.
