By looking at the pic, can someone tell me if this battery is dead?

    I know 9,10 is out

2-8 is about to go out on me soon.

Should I Replace all those cell or just buy a new battery ?

I don't have an answer to help you, but I reported the thread to be moved to an appropriate sub-forum. You are asking about your 2008 Gen2 Prius, aren't you? This is the Prius PRIME maintenance sub-forum. You will get better answers from the Gen2 maintenance sub-forum. Good luck.

Going just by the photo, I don't understand why you have concerns about the battery. The battery is under a slight discharge and you have less than a 0.2 volt difference between the highest and lowest block voltages. All the IR values are reasonable for the age of the battery.

What do you mean by 9 and 10 are out? If you're basing that on the lower portion of the graphs, that graph is internal resistance. 9 and 10 are the best, not the worst. And even the 27 is totally normal.

Has it thrown a code that you're concerned about?
