Your hybrid battery under the rear seat and trunk is cooled by a vent fan that blows air over the battery pack and out via the vents on the front side of the rear seats. The error message is likely sensing the battery temperature is getting too hot and asking you to check the battery cooling system. Make sure the vents are clear and unobstructed. If you're really adventurous, you can pull up the panels covering the trunk and locate the vent fan and ducting around the battery pack. Make sure the fan runs and air is blown over the battery and vents out the rear seat vents without obstruction.

    Hi thanks
But I cleaned the battery fan also but still getting message
    Hybrid battery cooling performance
    Detoriation
    Reduce cooling performance
And on fan vent filter is also for dust protection

    hi
do you have an OBD scanner?
if u have it check blower speed stages are properly working when activating via the OBD tool
if it working properly you have to remove battery modules and check for any obstructions for airflows.
