2014 Prius 3 MFD, audio, app, backup cam issue

2014 Prius III. Couldn't really find any others having my exact issue. Had no issues at all until today. Turned off my car to run into a store. Turned car back on and audio system will not work. MFD is blank, but backlit. System button brings up menu, but going into any option it crashes after a couple seconds. Can reopen and same thing happens. Audio, apps, phone button dring up nothing. When pressing the audio power button, it displays "Audio Off" and it's the only thing it will display. Puting it in reverse opens backup camera, but crashes to blank backlit screen after 2-3 seconds.

I did successfully get these systems working in aux mode one time, but Toyota splash screen popped up and went away multiple times before that happened. Have not been able to recreate it again.

The system check mode (setting button hold, lights on three times) seems to be working fine and doesn't crash. Checked fuses as well. All looked okay.

Not sure what else to try. I would think if a cable was loose, nothing would work at all. Anyone have some insight or have had similar issues? Really would rather not take it to the dealer and get screwed.
