I meant "stock" as on the base version lol, i know that is a an actual Toyota bumper that was exclusive for Japanese models.

I know what you are saying, and that is a tough question to answer. I would lean towards yes for the JDM market since they were an option in Japan. I believe this would have been a package 7 option in Japanese (please correct me if I’m incorrect about this) and in the states we only got a package 5 as the highest option available.

Checked in with the guys down at Team HybridPit. Always the best feeling having my car worked on there. Oil Change, rotation, and some new Tein Coilovers thrown in.

Took a trip to Oregon and did some light off roading. This week I'll be installing a lithium battery replacement, stay tuned for my thoughts on that. I can already tell you the fully assembled battery pack including the tray is light enough to be easily carried by one person even with all of the lithium modules installed. Talk about light weight!

    Here's another one from TheChip!

I installed Dr. Prius' lithium battery conversion! Everything works, I've linked a video of me turning it on for the first time below. This pack is LIGHT. I needed help to get the old pack out, and MAN are they heavy! The new pack with the lithium modules installed is incredibly light in comparison, and was quite easy to get in the car and set in place.

I just took it for a short drive to Sonic, and was able to get THREE miles of all EV driving, with 40% charge remaining. I hit the gas three times in that span to get going from a stop light so I didn't hold anyone up behind me, but also came to a stop two other times. Previously, I was unable to get a full mile in EV unless I was on the highway. I will take some videos and upload some hard data in the coming days. I also gunned it a few times and noticed an increase in acceleration, both from a stop and in normal driving. Again, more information to come.

I managed to get 54 mpg on my round trip, even with some leadfoot driving. Previously, I'd have been around 38-42.

I removed the old polarization film from the display, cleaned the display and installed a new one at the appropriate angle. IMG_20201102_124309_1.jpeg IMG_20201102_124718.jpeg IMG_20201102_125845.jpeg

I bought the film from Amazon.
    On ebay there are also.
    Just search for "polarization film".

The new polarization film does not need to be glued. It is enough if it is only put on.

    Thank you.
During the day it is a little too dark. However, this can also be due to the sliding roof. This reflects the sky in the display.

Last weekend I installed a cusco strut brace, rear trd anti-sway bar.
Getting ready for some mountain driving to the slopes for snowboarding, hence my other install, snowboard rack on my rear carrier.
I am hoping this wont be to detrimental to my fuel consumption. 20201029_173711.jpeg 20201029_173708.jpeg 20201016_114058.jpeg 20201016_114104.jpeg

Did the rear wiper delete. That was so easy, why did I wait so long? Lol
    So much better!

Anyone have a solution for the spray nozzle? I pulled the tube and sealed it off, but left the nozzle so water doesn't come in. 20201106_121643.jpg 20201106_123834.jpg 20201106_123837.jpg

Looks nice flush. What plug did you use and did you remove the motor too?
