Passenger rear seat stop folding, need help :(

The pruus has been great for a moving and operating my business, but recently the passenger seat has stopped filding forward even though since I've owned it, it hasn't had a button for the rear seat.

Does anyone have any suggestions for how I can remedy this problem? I really need the seat to fold forward for my business.

To answer your question, obviously I didn't intentionally do this, I thought the lever on the left side let down both seats because it always let down I didn't know that right side had a switch that needed to be activated.

Because as long as I've had this vehicle it always let down.
