There is a thread on the Gen 2 forum that says the INF 612 points to voltage leakage in the HV battery. Loose connection, previously swapped battery module, corrosion.

The thread actually showed there was a ruptured battery cell. This is the other thread for you to review.

I believe that Maryland is a CARB state so your battery may have a ten year / 150K mile warranty on it (whichever comes first). Check with your dealership, but it may be serviced and replaced completely under warranty.

It might be worth trying to contact Toyota Customer Service. Being less then 30 days out of that expiration date. Maybe they say no, maybe they pay 50%. You won’t know unless you try.

C2123 means the TPMS receiver is not receiving the signal from the transmitter registered as #3. Probably the battery in that transmitter is used up. That doesn't directly tell you which tire though, unless you kept a record of the four transmitter ID numbers and which corners of the car they were originally installed on, and you've kept track of tire rotations since.

If you pull up the data list in Techstream, you can see the registered transmitter IDs. You can also see what pressures they are reporting, so if the other 3 are still working, you can find out which are which by letting some air out of each tire, seeing which reported pressure changes, then pumping them back up. At the end you'll know the locations of all four and which one is the dead one.

If you still have the P0AA6 612, you still have a leakage path inside your traction battery. If you ignore it long enough, you can be rewarded by having a second leakage path eventually form the same way, creating a short circuit inside the battery. I don't recommend ignoring it that long.

The other codes you have are because the brake ECU knows about your P0AA6 612 in the battery.

If there is a high school/tech school near you, you can see if they want to open up the case and see what’s happening. Call some of your local repair shops, see if they want to pull the cover off and check it out. Call a salvage yard that repairs vehicles, see if they have a battery/are willing to swap it.

I would find an independent hybrid mechanic that does battery module work. They need to inspect the modules and buss bars and repair as necessary. Probably some corrosion.

A couple of options possibly worth calling... realize most will want to swap instead of repair...

Make very sure that you understand whatever terms there are for the warranty (as you will very likely be using it). Anything that isn't Toyota (or NewPriusBatteries.com) is some form of USED battery- whether some modules are replaced (and possibly your remaining modules are "reconditioned") or the entire pack is swapped (with a group of 28 other used and possibly reconditioned modules) Some here on the forums have gotten a year or three this way before another failure, others maybe a month or two.
    Good luck.

That dealership price is installed, with three year warranty, new battery. And it seems high, shop other dealerships. Your $995 deal will be a mishmash of used and reconditioned cells. Just look at the price and think about it.
