Can a moderator please make this a sticky note so it is always easy to find? Also can you add that a driveway is not a flat surface. Garages, the pump area or a mechanic garages are all flat areas.

I don't see any useful information in there.
None of what you said is necessarily true.
A flat surface can be determined with a simple tool called a LEVEL.

It is very useful to have a sticky note on how to re-calibrate as there are a lot of false videos up on you tube.
It is true that a level can determine if a surface is flat.
I was told that driveways are not flat otherwise water would collect there when it rains. So before you re-calibrate, check with a level.

BUT.....there is NOTHING in this thread that actually tells how to do that.

IF......there is another thread that DOES have that information in it, you should have posted your message as a reply on the end of THAT thead. Understand ?

sorry for the misunderstanding. i am asking the moderators to post the correct instructions on how to do it. There are too many versions of it out there.

and to make it a sticky note so we can find it.

I've never used the following link, but it should contain *everything* you need : Service Manuals - Google Drive

It would be great if someone could extract the manuals from Gdrive and back them up on http://mega.nz/ as well.

And that leads to a second "misunderstanding".
The Moderators are not necessarily qualified experts in every aspect of vehicle maintenance.

Toyota gal you were quite clear asking for a sticky to be made to reference a calibration.

other car forums have a section called

BODY OF KNOWLEDGE with titles of info.
We do have a search function though but a BOK is more useful.

For this G2 section headers could be:

    FURL GAUGE CALIBRATION

    INVERTER PUMP

HARD TO FUEL A G2 & GAS TANK ISSUE

THE MYSTERIES OF THE 12 VOLT BATTERY

HOW TO JUMP START A G2 & THE DANGERS OF THAT

    HYBRID BATTERY FAILURE

    PRIUS INSPECTION MODE

    WHEEL BEARING FAILURE

    etc.

Each title woukd have definitive info & pictures & part numbers and watch out fors.

instead we have millions of the same question over and over and over again.

Moderators are not compelled to be content producers. I don't think they are paid enough to have that responsibility. :)

Usually someone else produces and posts such content, then moderators decide how to manage it and which posts should be turned into stickies or features. So feel free to make or find the content that you believe deserves being turned into a sticky note.
