New to me 2012 C, I replaced all the fluids, filters and plugs. My local dealer is running a 20% off sale until Feb 28th and i was wondering if this would be a good time to buy some other parts to replace. Currently no issues but I know suspension components and possibly coolant pumps start to fade after 120-150K miles on other vehicles. I was thinking about ball joints, bushings and tie rod ends.

I've worked on my own vehicles for over 40 years and am comfortable with most repairs.

Is there anything y'all would recommend checking or replacing with this kinda mileage while this sale is still on ?

Wire Frame No. 2 is only $50... It replaces corroded voltage sensing wires in the hybrid battery pack if you're up for cleaning, inspecting, testing and reconditioning your hybrid pack.

Did you replace brake fluid by yourself? Do you mind sharing how you did it?

I did not - didn't want to mess with that whole system and brakes were all just replaced. Probably take it to the dealer for brake fluid flush. I replaced oil, coolant and tranny fluid.

There is a video on YouTube that shows how to bleed the rear brakes using the ABS pump! ie Tech Stream software not required. It's a very easy job! The front brakes are quite conventional, and bled the normal way. I prefer to use some silicon hose and a large hypo. syringe to pull the fluid out... This works perfectly on both the Prius and the Yaris Hybrid/Aqua
