Setting Timing After Replacing Head Gasket

Hi there! I'm in the middle of replacing a head gasket on my 2010 Prius. I realize that I did not properly set the timing before removing the chain. I wonder if anyone can explain how I can set the timing after I put the head back on and replace the chain?

 

Thank you Tony! I wonder though what I can do because the chain is already removed? I regret that I didn't turn the crank shaft and make sure everything was lined up prior to removing the cams and head. When I reassemble, what do you think the best method for lining up the marks and not damaging anything? I don't know if I'm explaining this very well...I apologize. This is a job that was above my paygrade.
