Scuffed my bumper parking - how bad is this?

Looks purely cosmetic to me. As to whether you want it fixed depends on how anal you are about these kinds of things. Being that the Prime has low ground clearance to begin with it might not be your last encounter.

 

I wouldn't worry too much. Yeah, it looks bad now, but you are going to have more nicks and scuffs. If you really want to keep the car looking as new as the day you took delivery, then you may not be able to drive it. If it really bothers you, then you could DIY fix on cheap (maybe ~$20 for a can of spray) if you are handy on those types of things. There are tons of YouTubes that can help you with something like this. Of course you can get it fixed professionally, but it will cost you much more

 

A good body shop can make it disappear, maybe $100~200? Only trouble: that area is very prone for damage, in future, what with high concrete wheel stops and curbs, and painted plastic fairings so low.

What’s really fun is when the concrete wheel stops are “nailed” to the ground with rebar, and for whatever reason the bars are protruding, not flush with top of concrete.

That’s an ultra trivial scrape, down low.

 

As others suggested, it’s not bad enough to repaint, and will surely not be your last blemish... however, rather than a spraypaint (which will make it worse IMO), you should be able to get a “paint pen” from the dealer for about $10 or $15 in your exact paint colour which you can dab on small scratches to cover them up. Won’t be perfect, but it will be better, and a whole lot cheaper than painting a panel.

Before doing that though, make sure you thoroughly clean and consider getting a good compound and wax, if it is a “scuff” rather than a “scratch”, some of it may come off with a little elbow grease.

SF Bay Area member here, I wouldn't bother fixing it. The car is low, it will be scratched. I would say the bumper rubs on 20-30% of the driveways around here, even if you back it in or drive up at an angle. So you can fix it, but will likely scratch again.
