If they are 2012-2015 then no you cannot fix them.

Does anyone actually know the light output specs on the facelifted model LEDs? Watts/lumens/color temp

I believe the wattage is on the back of the headlamp housing. I will check. The color temp is about 6000k.

In other news, I just made another headlamp conversion harness. Here are the parts I used:

After three years of searching. I finally found a set of mislabeled led headlights for a 2012 Prius V. At a price i could justify. Just finished the conversion harness. They had cut of the old headlight harness. So all I had to do was wire them to make them work. Total was 360. Big shoutout to trentofdestiny without his video I would not have known the wiring. Although more pictures showing the pins and wires would have made it snap. I figure I can sell my existing headlights for at least 120-150 dollars.

Sorry about not having better pictures. Glad you got it working though. My headlights went for 250 for the lair a few years ago. I can't sell the pair that high that I just took out last year.

Thanks a million for this! I have been scouring the internet all night since I just got my first of the two headlights in, and I've just placed an order in for these, SOOOO Much appreciated!

This thread is a blessing. Without it, we would have never come this far. 2012 Prius Four here, we did all kinds of stuff already on our car and now we're finally switching our dingy halogen headlights to LEDs. It's about time. Got the two LED 2012-2015 headlights already, ordering the control modules (thanks to you guys we save some money and will not get the ones specifically for the Prius which are currently $230 each (81107-47380), but the ones for the Lexus GX460 which are apparently identical (85967-30070) and are sold at around $90 online (Lexus dealer). Will get the covers separately somewhere from a Toyota dealership as the shipping costs are always astronomical online and it's just not worth it. Discount parts monster wanted to charge $35 for shipping alone. Oh yeah, here comes the first question: Are the covers required? Looks like it as the modules are mounted on the covers, correct?

We will also build our own harness as I can't find any good adapter kits anywhere, the Japanese auctions are empty. Special thanks to @trentofdestiny here for his video and pictures, you are a true lifesaver!

Now, I have just a couple of quick little questions, and please forgive any stupidity in advance, we're not mechanics.
Ok, so here we go. I couldn't find anything in this thread about the H11 high beam bulb, and yes I read the whole thing). It looks like the H11 has its own connector and wiring. Is that correct or is it part of the 6-pin LED socket?

Then about the connectors themselves and maybe you @trentofdestiny can answer this, as you seem to be the most knowledgeable person when it comes to the harness... If I order connectors from a dealership, do they come with terminals? Doesn't look like it. But the ones you're ordering from that company on Amazon come with terminals and wires, correct? Are they using the same color wire for all the wires in the connector (looks like it from the pictures)? Are you even using their wiring or your own? Which wires would we have to get? How would I know if they're using the correct terminals (82998-12440)? And last but not least, does the connector only fit one way? (That would make it easier to keep track of the wiring should the wires all be the same color)

Also, is it 90980-11663 for the 6 pole connector with 5 wires or is it 90980-11194? Or does it even matter as they seem to be identical?

For the 3 pole connector, the number on your order form is 90980-11015, if I search for that plug on a dealership site it gives me a socket for a Yaris. Although I can still find it with that number on Amazon and Google Shopping. Is there another number for this one?

And then the H11 fog light connector is a universal one, correct?

Do we need anything else to make this work? Should be it, right? Can't wait to have them installed already.

I don't know about all the other things in your post above, but I'm fairly certain that the highbeam bulb and plug is the same H9 as the original one from your old headlight setup.

I would like to point out that you could use either "running light" wire to power all of the running light or parking light circuits in the LED headlamp. For mine I used the one from the triangle connector. The factory 2-wire running light plug just dangles now. I haven't had a problem with corrosion in it that I'm aware of.

yea I know. I just didn't want a random dangling wire in that area. risk some wiring issue so I wanted 100% of the halogen headlight wiring on the harness. clean.

Wow great thread and glad I found it as I just received a low cost set of JDM LED headlights for my 2010 Prius. For those looking for a harness, I just purchased a set from Yahoo Japan via proxy for 27.12 USD. Shipping will most likely be around 25 for EMS (1 week).

I cant wait to get them installed!
