    That looks like the Winshield Wiper Bracket, one way you can tell is the half moon bolt hole, thats so wiper can go up and down.

    There's also either a loose bolt rattling around in the cowl, or you'll be short one 90119-06786 bolt when putting it back together with the bracket in place.

    It is! I finally realized that I was the knuckle-head who must have dropped it into the engine.

    That someone was me! :)

    Back story is that I replaced the front struts and added the PriusOffroad lift kit. When I put it all back together I didn't realize that the bracket fell down into the engine because the whole job was new to me. I found all the parts and reassembled it properly after the oil change. Love this Forum!
