Came across this very cool hands on video on a Lithium battery swap and EV test. This is not my video and wanted to share with you all tech people that may be looking into a NiMh alternative. Looks like the batteries will be available from projectlithium.com. Exciting to see this technology not only be more cost effective but provide more power and better overall efficiency. More mileage! Looks like I will be keeping my Prius for much longer!

    70mph using only battery?!

If my C needed a new hybrid battery this would be the most appealing option to me. The install looks very doable..just a ton of bolts to keep track of.

Looking forward to reading more reports from early adopters, and I hope these packs prove to hold up well over the long term.

    Gobsmacking!

I will look back every so often at your progress, this really is a gamechanger.

Does the non OEM generate any annoying error codes or the dreaded yellow warning triangle?

He did NOT do that with a C. The logic that handles the battery won't allow that.

Yeah, I can see they’re driving a bigger Prius, but it’s still an impressive result. I’m excited to see how these perform on all models.
