Hi there, I happen to know nothing about speakers or anything, but I'm a pretty fast learner, I have an 07 that has the JBL package. I went to a bestbuy to look at getting a new radio and speakers, the costs is about 2200 they said. I kinda felt like I was being taken advantage of. My current speakers sounds horrible, they are busted, I read about the jbl amp making the oms 2 in the front and 3 in the back and other things, I'd rather just start with all new speakers I was told I could bring any stereo, speakers, amp and sub and for about 200.00 they would install everything. I would rather buy on amazon and bring it to them, I just don't know what to get. I'm for 4 6.5 speakers, with the tweeter, a new head unit, and an amp to push the speakers and like a 10" could anyone suggest some products? My budget is around 1000-1200
Shop around to other car audio places. Do the speakers first. The radio itself might be fine. In a 15 year old car, you don't NEED top of the line anything, speakers included.
