    Issue is, I paid already. Debating should I call my credit card company and dispute it if the order doesn’t ship soon.

    Check your credit card company's terms for disputes, and don't let any of the time intervals or deadlines expire.

    some feller replied on another post about the shop here:

    You're not the only one...this place charged my credit card for a $189 mirror that has never been processed or shipped. I placed my order - they charged my card and then....nothing. That was 11 days ago. I sent them another E-mail last night saying I needed to know something TODAY or I was going to dispute the charge and start leaving reviews. Sounds to me like this Danny fellow has pretty much just abandoned his business or something.

    Well...I went to PayPal and filed a dispute this evening. Also reached out and filed a case with the Better Business Bureau. We'll see if he comes out of his coma and responds to either one of those.

    I msged him on FB messenger so let’s see if he replies. I also sent msg to the PC account on IG and FB. A member commented on my FB post and said he ordered the mudguards like I did but never got them and Danny never returned his emails.

    My order status is ‘Awaiting Fulfillment’

    I’ll give it another 24 hrs and if not, I’ll dispute it.

    It's pretty strange.

    You build a customer base who are enthusiastic and often DIY capable. You have no storefront expense, maybe just your basement or storage locker for inventory. Or you employ a drop ship model and have no inventory or storage expenses at all. Why walk away from that?

    Apparently the ads are sufficient to pay the bandwidth expense and turn enough of a profit to keep things going.

    It would appear that:
    Danny has a bad case of A.D.D. and no longer really cares about Prius Chat or the store OR any of his longtime faithful users.
    It is too bad that somebody else can not disable the store function.......or put a notice there that it is defunct.

    To equate a legitimate mental health diagnosis that people suffer from with what Danny is doing (taking money and not providing the product) is pretty inappropriate. You need a better understanding of ADD and the real challenges that people who suffer with it face. Google is your friend.

    YOU need to chill.
    No offense was intended.......to anybody.
    Danny seems to start grandiose projects and then quickly loose interest.
    THAT is a possible symptom of ADD.
    Nothing inappropriate about suggesting that might be possible.

    Quick update:

    Danny reached out and said Toyota took longer than expected to provide the part due to holiday last week and Covid.

    My refund was processed and ironically the part was suppose to ship out today.

    Danny said I can place the order again if I want the part.
