Is there a way to make the cabin more sound proof from the outside noise. I like to reduce it about %10 to 20%

yes, but it takes some work. there are threads here and maybe youtube detailing panel, headliner and carpeting removal, and adding sound deadening mats to great effect.

I sound deaden the doors and it produced some but pretty minimal noise reduction. Nothing close to sound proof at all. For freeway speeds, it will be near impossible to sound proof. I did not do the roof, floor, or trunk, which will help more but as mentioned, a lot of effort.

A bit pricey but Dynamat is a good sound deadener.

Did you cover over the open holes of the inner doors?

I used Stinger Roadkill for the sound deaden material. The front doors, with my 2019 version, has a pretty decent plastic that is held on by clips, which I temporarily took out so I can sound deaden the external metal. The inner portion that holds the speaker, I sound deaden as well. There's really no major holes besides the beefy plastic. The rear doors on the other hand are the thin cheap film plastic. I left the cheap plastic. My main goal of sound deadening is to absorb rattling from the bass from my new speakers, not to sound proof, which the product I picked did a good job in that matter.

What kind of "outside noise" are you trying to reduce?

Our 2017 (three) is pretty quiet EXCEPT for the tires on rough roads. That got a bit worse when I inflated the tires properly (36/35) from where they were when we got it. I suppose lowering the tire pressure would alleviate that somewhat - not sure how badly the mileage would suffer.

I had read some reviews of the car that said the engine was "loud" - we don't find this to be true at all.

We don't seem to have a lot of wind noise either.

I say all this having come from a 2000 Ranger pickup running really rough (loud) Texas Chip-seal roads that make any vehicle with high-pressure tires scream.

Well the plastic does very little for stopping noise from the outside. Something of density like the deadener works. It wouldn't hurt the speaker performance to use the deadener over the holes as well. As far as what your wanting out of it.
