Prius Alpha/v AC Compressor making noise with on/off Ac

    My Prius v 2015 7 seater, 91k km is making buzzing noise when AC is running with the car powered by hybrid battery. It is also making a clicking sound like on/off when restarted the Compressor. Should I concern about this noise?

    How is the AC working (cold) ? How long have you had the car.......are the radiator fans coming on?

    What do you have the AC temp set at?

    sounds normal, but they do get louder before they blow

    AC is working just fine. It gave much cold. So I set temperature 25 -27 degree centigrade. I have the car for last two years. I don't see any fan coming on.

    maybe it is a relay trying to trigger the fans. look under the hood for the cooling fans in front of the radiator

    I think both fans come on when you turn on the AC............... can't miss them..........

    Sorry, I misunderstood. Yes, both fans are coming on. Today there is no clicking sound of Compressor and fans. I attached today's video. What are you thinking now? Sometimes it has clicking sounds and sometimes it hasn’t.
