Rubber between window ripped

    HI Guys,

    I had a rubber seal between my window and my door rip. Anyone happen to know what the part number is for replacement and also what the process is?

    If that's the left front door (I'm trying to guess from the photo, as you didn't say), I think the part should be this.

    This happened on my 2010 and I replaced all 4 doors, you will need all of them

    You do mean you replaced the belt moldings on all 4 doors, right? :eek:

    They just clip in place. I pulled out all four on our Gen 2 a few years ago. I just grabbed one end with needle nosed pliers with the window all the way down. New ones push into place. As I recall, there's a clip on each end and the rest kind of snaps in there.

    oh yes, 4 belt moldings. Don't want people to think I went to get 4 new doors LOL

    not bad. Some feller had an issue with his turd gen key fob, his quick fix was buying a new prime.

    You can just rip out the old one any way you can, the new ones will slide in and clip into place.
