I recently purchase a 2013 Prius 2 and would like to buy a decent seat cover for the rear seats. We have a dog and a boy.

Any great experiences with rear seat covers and where you got them would be appreciated!

Also - console cover? Any ideas?

Seat covers get really ugly once they get old and worn out, especially the cheap ones. But a favorite blanket will do the same job in the back seat and will do much better in the washing machine than seat covers do.

    I've been buying these:

For some reason it's not showing the amazon link. Guess you can't do that?
So I took a screen shot...

The first couple I bought worked well, except for the zippers. They don't really last if you dog(s) will be laying
there heads on the section between the zippers on the door section. But for $6-7 you can purchase better ones
and sew them in. I have a basic sewing machine that works well. It's a little clumbsy to move the cover around,
    but not too bad.
They last me about 6-8 months but it's used about 5 days a week every week. When it's new you can fairly easily
sweep most the fur out with your hands. And then use a vaccum. But after a month or so it's starts getting harder
because the cover is wearing. I do put it in a front loading washing machine and low heat in the dyer for 10 minutes
or so then hang it across a few chairs to finish drying.
I have a German Shepherd, longer fur, LOTS of shedding, and a Malinois, shorter fur, less noticable.
The last one I received, the threads started pulling out in a few places. I just sewed it at first, but it started in other
places again. So I contacted amazon and they sent out a replacement. It seems to be holding up already.
But, it still came with the cheaper zippers.
If your dog(s) doesn't drool on the door panels you won't really need to zip it up. And it has two places for the
seat belts to fit through. I sew mine shut because the velcro collects the fur! But since you have a "boy", one
    side is good enough.

Over all I'm happy with it, I tried other ones, and they didn't not last at all. They tore easily and the vabric turn
shreddy quickly. Even the more expensive ones that were supposed to be better and last longer.

Since you have a dog, I would suggest getting the hybrid battery vent cover and the extra ac foam.
That's what I did. The vent cover will catch 99% of the fur, that you can wipe off, and the foam will catch
    the rest, and the dirt!
