Turning volume up stops YouTube app playback, starts Apple Music

Problem. I have only so much hair to pull out.

When I turn up the volume on the dash unit or steering wheel, the video on YouTube I'm watching, or any other app, stops playing (pauses), then Apple Music starts playing. This also happens for Reuters app, and other sites. Over and over again, forever, I am having to stop the car from playing Apple Music, and press play on the video I'm watching. Sometimes it will not do this issue.

This happens on both USB, and Bluetooth, with Blueooth off, on, reset, whatever.

I have discovered that this problem IS because of the Prius V's stereo as far as I can see.

Reasons why I think this:

1. I have a Pioneer AVH-4200NEX in my other car, nothing like this happens.

2. During several disconnects of lightning power to my phone (me disconnecting it), it stops doing it 1 time out of 5 times. I can in the one instance this 1 of 5 times or so randomly, raise the volume or lower the volume, and I am able to continue watching YouTube on the App. This also happens for Browser YouTube. Depends, I haven't quite found the reason why it does or doesn't, whether I restart the car or not, can't figure it out.

3. It also plays Apple Music even when nothing is playing, after I turn up the volume.

Yes, I have a music file that is labeled "AAAAAAAAA Very good song", that is the first song to play, that has zero sound for 10 minutes. Doesn't work every time. Sometimes it plays random songs.

I have gone through all possible settings to try getting it to stop happening with no luck, and am unable to find videos that explain how to get into the hidden or secret menu's for this car, or any other documentation or forums for it. If anyone could please direct me to those directions that would be great.

Other issues:

I find that sometimes the phone will not charge at all with the USB plug for the stereo, but will for the usb in my cigarette lighter adapter. No matter how much wiggling, it will not charge my phone. No, it is not the phone, No it is not my cable. Definite.

This is very annoying, I just want to watch anything I want without something being switched by the Volume being turned up in the car.

Yes I know, I could do many things, like turning off bluetooth, like not using Apple Music, like using an aftermarket 3.5mm cable with lightning and split at headphone jack side with USB power, to only use AUX for sound, or what, what other excuses have I heard, to get another stereo? Stop using Apple? Come on.

So what's the problem, how do I get around this without doing aftermarket stuff? No, I have not been able to update the systems, thanks to horrible design.

But as well if anyone could direct me to a link for the files for updating the stereo with the micro sd card, I would greatly appreciate it. Yes I habe used Toyota Entune, another horrible app.

ALSO, sometimes the car doesn't even recognize it's plugged.
