I have a 2010 Prius that has set the fault P0A80 3 separate times in the last month. First two times happened 4 weeks away, last time happened 2 days apart. I pulled the freeze frame data and found one cell is registering slightly low. All cells reads 14.45V and cell 8 read 12V. Can anyone tell me if this cell is likely the cause.

    iPhone ?

Someone that actually knows what they’re talking about should be here shortly, but in the interim:

    That voltage difference is massive.

Little nomenclature bit while we wait: those voltage measurements are per block. Block 8 is 12 volts. In an OEM-style battery, each block is two modules, each module 6 cells.

One NiMH cell is nominally 1.2 volts. So a block of twelve cells should be nominally 14.4 volts. That's what most of your blocks are. As Mendel said, block 8 is really, really low.
