Hey guys, im new to the forum! I actually dont own a prius, but my girlfriend does. My car currently has a remote start built in based on the trim i have (I have a dodge) and hers doesnt. Its getting really cold here and id like to install if possible a remote starter. I unfortunately have no idea what her trim is (I just guessed in my profile description), but i know her car is FWD. Her key only has the lock, unlock and panic button only as well. Would it be possible to install an aftermarket remote car starter somewhat easily? Im good with cars and wiring, as ive had my car torn down by myself as well, but I would prefer not to have something super difficult. Im open to all answers.

    Thanks!!

Your best bet is probably to call your local car audio and ask if they can install one into your car. If they say no, probably unlikely. If they can, you probably can.

    Yes.
We took our 2009 to Zeibart and they did it. It works well with good range.
