I have a key fob I believe is from our old 2007 Prius II (it could be from our old 2013 though too). I found it cleaning around my house, and I honestly don't know if it works or not. I know these fobs are expensive to replace, so I hate to throw it away, might as well see if it's worth anything to anyone? Let me know? Thanks!

Probably only good to a locksmith. The Gen 3 and to a lesser extent, the Gen 4 fobs can be reset easily but the Gen 2 ones need to be soldered upon. I suppose it also depends if you had the smart fob or not (button on the door handle).

This is a 2013 key fob. Older 2007 key fobs are more square shaped

Thanks everyone! I updated my original post with a couple of pictures. I hope that helps! What's it worth in "As Is" condition?

I found this thread when I was wondering what to do with my 2008 Prius extra key fobs.
I sold the car to a guy who paid cash & drove it away. I contacted him to let him know we found the key code and 2 extra key fobs.
    This was a week ago.
If he never follows up, how can I sell the fobs? Like what happened as documented above?
    Thanks!
