Sadly I now have two entries on my "Ignore" list.
And yes, I know there is some irony in saying that.

To quote a saying, "I stand corrected".
Yes, a fuel pressure test may be better.

(I thought leak down would show a leak between the injector and the head or a leak upstream in the fuel rails through the center of the injector. But a fuel pressure test will show if the injector is actually leaking - and maybe a more exacting test.)

OP wrote that they did check the injectors, but I missed how they were checked.
Please let us know the ultimate finding of the issue.

A leak down test checks for pressure leaks in the combustion chambers.
Unlike diesel engines, most gas engines do NOT have the injectors directly into the combustion chamber.
    They are not "direct injection".

Do you still use Leaded gas in Bamgladesh? If yes, most likely you have no catalytic converter that other countries have.
I am afraid you are chasing ghost. Gas smell is relative, some people are more sensitive than others. There always some degree of fuel smell after few thousand Km and more pronounced if you rarely cruise in highway. Standard average fuel in oil is <2% by Used oil analysis like Blackstone.
    1. How far/long do you normally drive and how fast?
    2. What engine oil brand do you use?

If there is no check engine light, no drivability issue, just relax and stop worrying. Save your money for going to a good restaurant instead.

Mmm, not sure about that. I don't think they're outa the woods till model year 2016.

    That's interesting. Any more info?

I may be responsible for starting this, anyway: looks like both pistons and rings were revised at the same time, partway through model year 2014. AFAIK the piston change was to accomodate the different rings. The VIN's at which the change occurred are in the attachment.

Yes, my friend who works in Toyota as mechanic said so. He never has oil consumption complaints on 2015 up. New piston and piston rings in 2015 up really fix oil consumption issue. Does not matter if it is Prius, PriusV, Auris/Corolla, Prius+ Hybrid.
If there is any, someone does not do regular maintenance or drive harsh and a lot of short trips and do 10k miles interval. This normal interval is only for non harsh condition.
Dude, we are in wrong tread

I don’t think, we use leaded gas. We suspect may have some adulterations with low price Kerosene. Our car mostly imported from Japan and all of them have Catalytic converter.

My regular driving in the city. It only 2 -3 km each trip with start-stop at <50 km/h . But, out of 2.5k km 1k km drove in highway after last oil change. It was Liqui-Moly 0w-20. In the highway, speed range was 70-90 km/h.

Now I changed oil. It is Pro Fix 0w-20, Japanese brand. After changing oil, no gas smell in the oil.

So far no check engine light and no driveability issue.

I will report more on it after 1000 km running.
    Thanks.

Your driving style is really hard to the engine and oil. 3km/1.8 miles is really really short trip and it does not make sense in my opinion. Commuting at that distance is easily by bike or schooter. I bike 6 km daily to work one way.
You will get fuel smell or dilution for sure no matter what oil you put on it. The engines never reach close loop/ideal temperature. Liquimoly is a good synthetic oil that comparable to Total, Petronas, Mobil1, or Castrol Edge. Liquimoly has 3 kinds of 0w-20, American and Asian for about $40 and C5 and Longlife IV 508/509 that cost about $60 per 5 L. The longlive 508/509 is rated for 30 000km but will not help your driving style
No matter what oil you use you should change every 8000 km/6 months. My recommendation, don't do too much short trips unless you have no option at all. 6 miles or 10km is a kind of limit for not a short trip in summer. In winter, you double the number.

Your habitat is completely different. American and European forum will flunk you. Most Americans drive 10-20 k miles or more a year or 16-32 000 km per year, 1000-2000 km per month. We drives at cruise speed 120-130 km/h for 1 to 3 hours for weekend trips. 200k miles ebgine wear or 320k km in USA may be similar to 60k km with how you use your Prius.

That's true. Our commute is very short. In the city, if I move to the end it hardly ran 20 km. My work place and kids School within 2/3 km. So I have little option to go more. When I went on tour, I ran 200/300 km in a day with mostly 70-90 km/h speed. Our highway speed limit is 80 km/h.

So its different scenario than USA.

I Don't know how the safety and social life there. But 2-3 km is a good distance for biking for kids and adults. 80-90km/h is actually the most efficient speed.
    My advice:
    1. Get a good 12V battery charger to charge the battery occasionally, may be once a month because you have such a short trip. Get Noco Genius 5. It is well controlled and durable. Don't buy CTEK, overprice but unferior components, similar quality as $15 LIDL/ALDI charger. Chinese unknow brands are the worse, they are not even safe/tons of RF radiation.
    2. Oil change every 6 months and cabin filter every year, you can wash it with detergent.
    3. Always use original Toyota coolant, transmission fluid, and AGM battery.
    4. Never put any engine flush product, it wear the metal and seals, just a good 0w-20 oil Mobil1 Petronas, Total, Shell, Pennzoil, Valvoline, Eneos, every 6 months.
    5. Get reputable gasoline Station and oil change.
    6. Check the suspension and underbody annually. especially rubber bushings, struts, and engine mounts if you have a lot of potholes and speed bumps.

Only the cabin air filter is made from fiberglass. The air filter is paper, you cannot clean it once it is dirty. I talked about cabin air filter, or AC filter behind the glovebox. It needs to be changed or clean every year or 6 months in dusty area. The air filter for the engine last much longer. It is normally every 4 years in US/Europe or 60k km. You can see it visually if it is dirty and change it sooner or later depends on the condition.
Dirty cabin air filter is one of the main cause of bad smell in the cabin from dust and mold growth.

We're on the west coast, in Vancouver, BC area, which is maybe a factor, cleaner air? Anyway, I finally changed both engine and cabin filters on our 2010, in October of 2020, at 88k kms. The cabin filter was ready for replacement, but the engine air filter was practically like new. I just figured do them once, and likely that's it for the car's lifespan.

Cabin air filter is supposed to be changed annualy like engine oil. It is very cheap for about $5. I usually buy one and clean the old one with laundry detergent. It works well because it is a fiber glass, very stiff and easy to clean. Some people like carbon active filter that reduce smell from the outside but it does not add any beneficial on filtering quality beside smell. I prefer just shutoff the outside vent in city with trafict and smoke.
I lived in Florida and the air is very clean too but humidity is high, mold easily grow on the cabin filter. The engine air filter last really long and can be used over 5 years without any issue. Just check it every 2 years in case Mice nesting there.
